Director of Search Strategy (Australia).
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their career in search to the next level. Based in our Australian office in the centre of Sydney, the successful candidate will be part of the initial team responsible for taking Fresh Egg to the Australian marketplace.
We are looking for someone to personally devise and implement SEO campaigns across a number of assigned Australian client accounts. They will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the efficient day to day technical management of these accounts
- Analysing and drawing insight from third party analytics data
- Conducting advanced level keyword research
- Developing innovative ongoing offsite campaigns
- Creating and executing creative marketing and PR-style campaigns and integrating social media activity deeply into the search mix in order to maximise results across all digital channels
- Taking overall responsibility for the quality of work carried out by a team of SEO engineers
- Hiring Australian technical resource as briefed and agreed by the UK board
- Representing Fresh Egg within the Australian industry as an authority on SEO by contributing to internal and external websites, publications, forums and events as required
- The successful candidate will also be specifically responsible for producing significant results across each assigned client campaign.

Director of Search Strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take their career in search to the next level. Based in our London office near Victoria, the successful candidate will take a lead role in the senior search team at Fresh Egg.
We are looking for someone to devise and implement SEO campaigns across a number of assigned Fresh Egg accounts, leading a team of search engineers to realise and exceed their clients' expectations. They will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of Senior and Junior SEO engineers and Link specialists, including hiring, appraisals, 121 meetings and performance management.
- Ensuring the efficient day to day technical management of client accounts
- Carrying out 'hands on' on-site and technical changes
- Analysing and drawing insight from third party analytics data
- Conducting advanced level keyword research
- Developing innovative ongoing off-site campaigns
- Creating and executing creative marketing campaigns and integrating social media activity deeply into the search mix in order to maximise results across all digital channels.
- Representing Fresh Egg within the industry as an authority on SEO by contributing to internal and external websites, publications, forums and events as required.
- The successful candidate will also be specifically responsible for producing significant results across each assigned client campaign.

We are looking for an experienced Social media strategist to join our team. You must have proven experience of devising and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns, have a high degree of understanding of social media platforms and how they can benefit business as well as a solid understanding of search engine optimisation and how it is complimented by social media.

Content marketer.
We are looking for someone to join our content team who enjoys finding opportunities and building relationships, will implement content marketing strategies and who will use up to date knowledge to improve offsite promotion strategy and best practice on an ongoing basis.
These are some of the things we'll want to see you doing:
- working to fully understand clients objectives and develop offsite promotion opportunities in line with these, and the client marketing campaigns
- utilising our outreach network in order to provide continual high quality opportunities for content placement
- using a range of link analysis tools to track, monitor, evaluate and analyse existing client site links and competitor profiles in order to inform, refine and offsite promotion strategies across the assigned portfolio of clients

Senior web designer.
We are looking for a Senior web designer to work within our Design Team. The successful candidate will work within the team on a variety of bespoke web applications and produce high quality solutions, to specification, on time and budget. They will also work alongside the other departments, in particular the Development, SEO and Analytics teams to ensure solutions are optimised to perform at the highest level.
Technical web analyst.
We are looking for a Technical web analyst to work within our Analytics & Insight Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for advanced implementations of Google Analytics, along with auditing and troubleshooting existing configurations. The role will also involve technical improvements to our tracking and analysis processes, liaising with clients directly on technical analytics projects and providing ongoing technical management of analytics accounts. The successful candidate will not necessarily come from a pure web analytics background but an excellent level of knowledge in JavaScript, browser technology and server-side programming is essential.
Digital marketing analyst.
We are looking for a Digital marketing analyst to work within our Analytics & Insight Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a portfolio of clients to assist in: defining and implementing measurement strategies that align with client marketing and business objectives; producing meaningful marketing KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insight. The role will also involve conducting conversion optimisation consultancies, with the aim of improving efficiency in clients' digital marketing strategies and increasing ROI.
