I left school, shunned college and university and decided to create something for myself. I have always been able to learn from my mistakes, through hard work and by surrounding myself by people who have offered me sound advice when required. I previously worked in sales and website construction before establishing Fresh Egg in March 2000 with my sister and previous drinking buddy! The company prospers thanks to the skills of its people, the sheer passion we all have for this industry and the ability to create profitable online businesses for our happy clients.
Ideal Dinner Party Menu:
It would have to be cooked by RED Anywhere and it would go a little something like this; Seared Loch Fyne Scallops followed by Sussex Venison Loin, Spiced Poached Pear, Celeriac Puree, Smoked Bacon & Red Wine Sauce. Then for dessert it would have to be Dan Clarke’s Sticky Toffee Pudding with Clotted Cream. Oh, then a cheese board with Ripe French Brie, Oxford Blue and some Stinking Bishop! Of course, it would have to be accompanied with some fantastic wine; perhaps a Sauvignon Blanc to kick things off with the Scallops then to accompany the main dinner and cheeses would have to be a bottle (or two) of Red 1996 Chateaux Margaux.

This is simple but cheesy; it would have to be all my family and friends.
