It is with pleasure that we welcome our newest recruit, Andy Marchant, to the nest here at Fresh Egg. Andy joins as a junior SEO Engineer and despite being crow-barred into the corner of our ever shirking office space, Andy is pleased to finally get is foot in the Internet Marketing door!

 

Originally hailing from Kent, the garden of England, Andy set his sights on the bright lights of, well, Brighton when choosing a location to persue his degree in Business with E-Commerce. Having loved the sea air so much, Andy elected to stay on the south coast after graduating.

Mr Marchant by his own admission ‘experienced a very business orientated level of academia’ during his studies, but his passion for digital and the world of SEO lead him to undertake internships a couple of internet marketing agencies before hitting the big time with Fresh Egg.

 

Andy does not regret moving to sleepy Worthing to work for one of the country’s most successful SEO and Web Design companies, in fact he says he prefers the slower pace of life after the non-stop rampant partying he took part in at uni.

 

Andy prides himself on being ‘surprisingly clean’ for a young male, which brings into question his views on the personal hygiene of a large proportion of other Eggers! Andy is a dab hand at table tennis having competed at county level, he loves 70s and 80s prog rock, and oddly supports Spurs despite his seemingly high intelligence levels!

 

We are all over the moon to have Andy on board, even though he can be a little delusional at times (he claims to be the ‘resident Fifa superstar’), and we are confident he will mature into an SEO star of the future!
