We are delighted to welcome Annie Marshall as Human Resources Manager here at Fresh Egg as from today. As the company continues to expand at an amazing rate, we were keenly aware that we needed to introduce a dedicated Human Resources role to help take us forward.
Annie’s key role will encompass all operational aspects of Human Resources, covering continued development and implementation of HR policies, appraisal systems, inductions, training and development needs and internal communication along with assessing the HR requirements needed for the company to gain Investor in People status.
Aside from being professionally qualified, Annie brings with her a wealth of HR experience that includes 10 years working in senior Human Resources roles mainly within international companies. She is married with three children (Dylan 13, Betsy 10 and Jasper 6) and has enjoyed a few years of being a full time mum. Now she’s very much looking forward to re-joining the world of work and specifically working for us here at Fresh Egg at such an exciting time.
