We received enormously positive feedback from the event, held at our Worthing HQ in November 2011, and are already planning another date for the diary in April.

..excellent insights there, I think the point made at the end of the video is pertinent for agencies/clients selecting a platform to use, that not all review sites offer the same level of an ad-free environment. If the review site’s income is advertising derived then as Peter says you are sort of shooting yourself in the foot as you’ll list customer reviews adjacent to a pile of competition. I also think that with the recent liberalisation of seller extensions in the serps – a double edged sword – that verified reviews will carry more credibility with end users and hopefully soon with Google. (Disclaimer: I’m a customer of TrustPilot and so far the results have been excellent.)
