Here we are, almost on the final day of training. How does the quote have it? This is not the end, nor even the beginning of the end, but it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning

In around 18 hours from now, Rebecca will be graduating from this unique training programme at the end of her second week, and will plan to return to her colleagues at SEOmoz with what she has learnt here. For certain I think she’ll have a lot of fresh perspectives and experiences to take back.
Since Rebecca is from SEOmoz, (whose tag-line should be something like “opening the secret sauce” – my play on Open Source and Secret Sauce), you can be sure she’ll share some of her experiences with more than just her colleagues. We’ll be as eager as any of you to hear what Rebecca thought of this training opportunity, her experiences, and her time here in her own words.
We have systematically crossed off each and every topic we wanted to cover. From discussing business models and the services that fit them, to the nitty-gritty of optimising titles in a dynamic site, and from selling SEO to prospective clients to detailed analysis of competing websites, we’ve covered a lot of ground.

I’m not sure Rebecca contributed to the tea rounds effectively enough!
That is certainly one of the core competencies of SEO, and one where frequency is more important than density. You have to allow for her being spoiled by the availability of a coffee machine at SEOmoz, but it is a shame we were unable to correct this one core weakness in her SEO capabilities. SEOs need caffiene.
