Dial-a-Phone is a trading division of Phones 4u Limited. Starting with just a handful of people in 1995, Dial-a-Phone now employs hundreds of staff and supplies mobile phones on monthly contracts to more than three million customers. The company works with all the major networks and phone manufacturers to offer customers an impressive range of the latest contract and pay-as-you-go phones.
Dial-a-Phone wanted to take their business to the next level. Recognising the need to develop a successful online promotional strategy, they set about obtaining the most favourable search-engine positioning. They were especially keen to attract more online leads to their existing website, but weren't convinced by the ideas put forward by the SEO agency they were using at the time. They asked Fresh Egg to come up with the goods...
We rose to the challenge. With a good, open brief from Dial-a-Phone, our campaign had a colossal objective: to bring the company's website more highly targeted leads while guaranteeing Dial-a-Phone a top 10 search ranking with the three biggest search engines (Google, MSN and Yahoo!).

Since its launch in November 2006, Dial-a-Phone's blog has gone from strength to strength. The blog has been a major success in terms of traffic and attracting organic, high-quality and, importantly, relevant links. Continued optimisation of the blog and the website has catapulted Dial-a-Phone into an enviable top 10 ranking on all the company's keywords.
