The most common complaints included late or non-delivery or goods.

The European wide European Consumer Centers received 3,775 complaints which was 74% increase on the previous year.

In fairness the report is out of context as it includes sites such as Ebay where you second hand goods can be purchased from individuals and not businesses.

Our advice is to purchase goods rom recognised etailers who have been established online for a long period of time.
